Azuchi’s Association for International Cultural Exchanges will hold a Chinese cooking class through one of Azuchi’s Chinese residents, Ms. Kei Nagazaki. The menu will include Chinese style pickled cucumbers, Chinese dumplings, stir-fried sea scallops and celery, and a dessert consisting of kurage mushrooms.
Would you like to cook and savor some delicious Chinese dishes while enjoying the conversation with Ms. Nagazaki? You are more than welcome to participate, let us know with no restraint.
TIME AND DATE: Sunday, February the 14th 2010 from 10:00 to 13:30
PLACE: Azuchi Community Center
PARTICIPATION FEE: 600 Yen (to buy the ingredients)
300 Yen for middle school students
(those who are not members of the Association need to pay the annual fee: 1000yen for residents, 2000yen for non-residents)
PARTICIPANTS: maximum 15
