International cuisine class “Italian home cooking I~Autumn taste~”

October 23rd (Saturday)performed by Omihachiman CIR Valerio De Acutis started the International cuisine class “Italian home cooking I~Autumn taste~”.

Menu was: “Pasta with salmon and mini tomato”, “Involtini (roll meat with slide cheese and bacon)”, “Lemon chicken tasting garlic”, “Italian style mushroom”. Participants were 13!!!

Participants could taste for the first time a real Italian flavour and the simplicity of Italian home cooking and they said that they want try to cook at home. While we were eating all together the interest towards Italian culture in particular about Italian cuisine increased. For example in Japan Italian “carpaccio” is prepared using raw fish but Italian people use deer meat, all the participants were astonished.
Next cuisine class will perform on December!!! Xmas special Cuisine!!! It’s a great opportunity to taste an Italian Xmas atmosphere and learn more about Italian traditional festivity.
