International cuisine class “Italian home cooking III~Winter taste~”

On February 19th (Saturday) was performed the Salone di cucina internazionale “Cucina italiana fatta in casa III~tema invernale~

Menu was: “Vegetable soup”, “Pork cutlet and fry pan”, “Italian hunter style chicken”, “Green peas and bacon”. Participants were 12.”.

This time the main course was not pasta, but the vegetable soup that is often eaten in Italy during the winter. The dish that received the most success was the Pork cutlet, with its crispy golden batter has conquered the palate of the Japanese.

Next time will perform Brazilian cooking on March 19th with a fantastic menu, sea food and meat. Join us!
