International cuisine class “Brazilian cooking II”

On March 19th (Saturday) was performed the International cuisine class “Brazilian cooking II” Menu was: “Sea food Brazilian style”, “Pork cutlet and sausage”, “Buffa cake”, “Pudding cake”. Participants were 16. Luis, the interpreter of Portuguese, this time performed a fantastic Brazilian cooking Class. Using only fresh fish he prepared “Sea food Brazilian style”, delicious! And what’s about “Pork cutlet and sausage” and its special sauce, simply the best! In the end the dessert was served, it’s appearance wasn’t good but its taste was great! During the lunchtime slide of Brazil’s Word Heritage were showed, one of the participants went to Rio de Janeiro, all the participants were fascinated by the beauty of the landscape. Next year will perform other interesting activities, join us!
